These Terms & Condition in no way affect your statutory rights.

The remotes/immobiliser keys/ECU’s etc we supply are programmed to the code number and/or information we are given. We will not accept liability if the information given to us is incorrect either due to an illegible or incorrect code label or any other reason. We may, at our discretion, accept the return of these items ** (see exceptions) for refund (less postage & handling charge of 10%) or we will attempt to extract/obtain a valid code from the unit & re-program. This may also involve additional charges. Units sent to us for code extraction/repair etc if not collected/paid for will be held for 6 months and then disposed of.

The goods (new) are warranted to the end user to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied on any and all warranty claims. Returned products should be sent to the address below and must include return postage. Returned product found to be defective will be replaced or repaired free of charge and returned to you postage paid. This warranty is valid in UK & Northern Ireland.

Any evidence of tampering or case damage invalidates this warranty

There are no obligations or liabilities on the part of Mobiletuning for consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this product or other indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenue, profit, cost of removal, installation or re-installation, implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness, for a particular purpose are limited to one year from date of purchase.

We are not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and usually exclude weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

**Some remotes/immobiliser keys (usually genuine manufacturer replacements) are supplied programmed to the code we are given and are specific to that system.  In these cases we reserve the right not to accept returns/cancellations where delivery has already been made to us or, is in progress to us or, the code number supplied is incorrect, or a customer PIN number required for programming purposes is lost, or the alarm /immobiliser system itself is found to be faulty.
