  We can supply  remotes for Rover vehicles fitted with the Lucas 5AS and 10AS Security system (not 'Valeo
 Infra Red' system). This includes the Landrover and Discovery models and the Mini/100/200/400/25/45/MGF.
New remotes need to be 'programmed in' to the vehicle. We will need to see either the vehicle or the 5AS/10AS security ECU from under the dashboard. Remove the unit and send it to us with any existing  fobs.

We can also recover the EKA code from the security ECU. This is a 4 digit code that enables the owner to disarm the immobiliser (using the ignition key in the drivers door lock) in the event that the fob is lost or fails to work.
We can also disable 'Passive Arming' so that the immobiliser only comes on when you want it to and not automatically.

The new MT2  fob can replace the Lucas 2 button fob shown above and what is more it comes with a unique code number. You can order additional fobs by quoting that number and no further programming will be necessary .....

A version of the MT2 fob can also be used for the Rover 600 & 800 models (post '96)

Mems 1.6 & 1.9 ECU Matching

If you need to replace the Lucas 5AS security ECU or the MEMS Engine Management ECU on your Rover then they will need to be 'matched'.

Send your ECU's to us and we will 'match' them and re-program any existing fobs
