In
order to duplicate/supply a remote fob or Immobiliser key we may need to
know the make & model of alarm / immobiliser. We may also need a code number.
The code number will be on the security card issued when the system was
installed and/or on a sticker inside the remote. It may also be found on or
inside the alarm / immobiliser unit.
See here
If
you have access to a digital camera then send us pictures of the fob/key and
we will try to identify it
Some remotes will contain numbers other than code numbers so contact us if you
are not sure and we will email you an example of the code number for the
particular model you have. In the case of OE remotes the code number could be
critical.
*(Read this) If the code number is not available then we will need to see the original remote, (working or not ), if the remote is not available then we will need to see the alarm unit. Return postage must be included. If you have a working remote but the code number is not available you may like to consider the Universal remote which will simply learn the code from your working 'Fixed Code' original NOTE:- Some systems are classed as 'Self Learning' and the new remote/immobiliser key will need to be 'programmed in' to the system. This may involve locating the control unit which is usually under the bonnet or dashboard. Programming Instructions are provided where necessary.
