Take Hold of the new transmitter, press & hold buttons 1 & 2 at the same time. The Led will flash 3 times, keep the buttons pressed and after a further 8 seconds the LED will flash again 2 times. Release the buttons, the the fob is now in learning mode.

Hold your original fob in your right hand and the Universal in your left with both fobs touching. Press button 1 on your original fob and at the same time press button 1 (top button) on the Universal. Keep the buttons pressed until the LED on the Universal goes dim or goes out. Release both buttons, repeat this procedure if the original has more than 1 button or if more than 1 fob to be copied, but this time use button 2 then button 3 etc.

After completing the learning process press buttons 1 & 2 on the Universal at the same time, the LED will flash once and remain OFF to indicate the codes have been stored. Release both buttons.

You can replace any stored code by repeating steps 1 ~ 3

Some fobs emit one very short pulse with each press of the button, if the above learning process fails then try repeatedly pressing the button of the original fob while in the learning process.
